Return
Need to make a return? We’ve got your back! Most unused merchandise can be returned up to 30 days from the item's delivery date.
Returns must be unworn with any original tags and labels intact.
Items should be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags and labels attached. They must be returned within the policy timeframe described above. If the returned items are not eligible, they will not be refunded.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damages and Defects
If your order arrives with factory defects or damage during shipping, we will provide a replacement product at no additional cost and cover all return shipping fees.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you notice any defects, damage, or if you receive the wrong item/size/design. Our team will evaluate the issue and arrange a hassle-free replacement for you.
Please send us an email with proof attached that includes the real picture of the item shipped with the QR code and the shipping label at contact support@restpillux.com.
Exchanges and Refunds
We accept refunds and exchanges for most items within 30 days of delivery, for any reason, as long as the products are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging attached.
If the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover all shipping fees and provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
If you would like to return or exchange an item because of the wrong size, color, or a change of mind from your part, you are welcome to do so within the 30-day window. However, in these cases, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, so please make sure to review your order carefully before checkout.
Once we receive and inspect your case, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Rest Pillux is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered to the address provided at checkout. If this happens, please contact your local courier or postal office. We’ll gladly assist with information to help your claim, but we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for lost/stolen items.
